Poster Session 1

  • Display Setup: Each poster will have an allocated display board.
  • Setup Time: Presenters must hang their posters by the end of lunch on July 2nd.
  • Removal Time: Posters must be removed between 18:30 PM and 19:00 PM on the same day.

Poster Session 2

  • Display Setup: Each poster will have an allocated display board.
  • Setup Time: Presenters must hang their posters by the end of lunch on July 3rd.
  • Removal Time: Posters must be removed by 18:00 PM on the same day.

General Instructions

  • Poster panels will be signed with each presenters poster submission number and session (PS1 or PS2)
  • Members of the organizing team will be available to assist with locating your poster panel and hanging your poster.
  • Presenters will be required to be standing next to their posters site, during the Poster Sessions.
