Registration Info

The following instructions will navigate you through the ECOS 2024 registration procedure

Each registered participant can present no more than two papers orally
A valid student ID or other statement is required to receive a student registration rate. This rate applies to undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.
“Early-bird” and “regular” registration is confirmed when the payment is completed before the specified dates. If confirmation is not received within 5 days from the date of payment, please contact us (Tel.: +30 2310 223461/e-mail: info@ecos2024.com)and/or send us the payment bank-statement.
Please notify us, if the payment is done by credit card owed by a different person, or the payment is carried by your institution.
“On site” payments will be accepted via credit card or cash.

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The ECOS 2024 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

Conference registration canceled on or before May 25, 2024 is refundable but subject to a € 50 administrative fee.
Conference registration canceled on or May 26, 2024 until June 15, 2024 is refundable up to 50%.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual
Conference registration canceled after June 15, 2024 the registration fee is not refundable.
In the ECOS2024, if registrant must cancel the participation due to force majeure, (acts of war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics like COVID-19, death, labor strikes, riots, crime or property theft, acts of God, natural disasters like blizzards, earthquakes, or hurricanes, or acts of terrorism), the full amount of registration fee will be refundable.
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat (info@ecos2024.com).
