1^st extra ticket 10% discount
2^nd extra ticket 15% discount
3^rd extra ticket 20% discount
4^th extra ticket or more = maximum discount 25%

EUROPEAN CORNER

All attendants will be able to use the European Corner at ECOS2024. The aim is to have a spot where any interested researcher participating at the conference can hang a poster and/or distribute leaflets or other material of funded European projects. For organizational issues, please inform the organisers before the conference about your intention to use the European Corner.

Terms of participation & Cancelation Policy

It is required the you fill in our participation form, located at the end of this page.

Filling out the form, you declare that you accept our terms of participation as well as our terms of payment and cancelation policy as mentioned below. The next step of the sponsorship process will be an offer from our company which you have to return signed and sealed.

Company’s Participation can be cancelled until April 10^th. No additional charges will be implemented
Cancellation from April 11^th to May 10^th will result in withholding 50% of the sponsorship or rental amount paid.
May 11^th and on, no cancellation will be accepted. Sponsorship or exhibition space fees will be charged and payment is mandatory.

Refunds will be given 30 days after the conference’s closure and only if the above conditions are met.

50% required with the sponsorship confirmation.
Full payment should be given until May 10^th.
Invoices will be hanged out during the conference days

For the selection of an exhibition spot, we have a first come – first served policy, so please point to the exhibition spot you would like and we shall reserve it for you.

NB EVENTS has the right to add Extra Square meters, in case of full coverage, without affecting the already existing ones.
